Description
Made from a vacuum-aged dough and dried using a hot-air convection method, Sempio's Buckwheat Soba Noodles have a wonderfully firm texture. Made from wheat and buckwheat flour, they won't get mushy when cooked and retain their subtle flavour.
They pair perfectly with many sauces and dips and can be enjoyed hot or cold!
Preparation:
- Before cooking, remove the band from the noodles.
- Cook the noodles for approx. 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Finally, rinse with cold water.
