Description
The Arabs recognized the positive effects of alfalfa and gave the plant its name, which translates as the "father of all nutrients". Alfalfa contains chlorophyll and the important enzymes and vitamins A, E, K, B6, and D and a lot of minerals.
- Alfalfa sprouts taste great in salads, soups and as a sandwich filling. The nutty flavor also goes well with cheese.

Came well packaged and have a good germinate rate. Have tried other suppliers and a lot of the seeds didn’t germinate. These were very good. Product a little pricey but still good.
