This clear vegetable soup contains fully ripened dried vegetables such as carrots or parsnips and selected Hildegard spices like hyssop and galangal.
Preparation:
- Stir 1 heaped teaspoon (6 g) of soup mix into 1/4 liter of water, and let boil.
- Ideal for seasoning and refining soups, sauces and savory dishes of all kinds.
