Description
Coconut blossom sugar is obtained from the nectar of the coconut palm. Farmers climb coconut trees and collect the coconut nectar in vessels. This they heat the nectar in kettles over the fire and it becomes granulated. Coconut blossom sugar is not only the most sustainable sugar but also stands out for its low glycemic index and its unique caramel taste.

Absolutely excellent. Amazing taste with its hints of caramel and butterscotch. Perfect for baking, too.
For health reasons, I have opted for this sugar, and the symptoms typically experienced with industrial white sugar are absent when consuming this product. It also seems to have a slightly lower glycemic index.
