Description
The fresh, lemony taste of lemongrass fits into the warm, humid climate of Vietnam and Thailand. Fried fish is a very fine summer dish when it has been marinated with lemongrass and lime juice. Sliced lemon grass infused with boiling water makes for a refreshing, thirst quenching tea. If you feel like something new, flavor fruit compotes with lemon grass.
Lemongrass offers a fine lemon scent with a gentle touch of woody notes. It has a pleasant lemony flavor and is refreshingly cool on the palate.
