Despite the name, this salt does not actually come from the pyramids of Egypt. It comes from Greece and owes its name to the pyramid-shaped flakes. It is fantastic as a finishing salt at the table because it almost instantly melts in the mouth! Ideal for salads, bowls, bread and caramel desserts. When it comes to this salt, less is certainly more - add sparingly and enjoy the fine flavour.
Note: The unusual shape of the crystals is formed by slowly heating the brine. It is a natural product and free from artificial additives. Vegan.
