Description
White tea is considered the most exclusive variety of tea in the world. 30,000 handpicked, unopened leaf buds are required for only one kilogram of this tea, which justifies the higher price.
The tea is referred to as white because the delicate hairs on the lower leaves appear as a silvery white fluff after drying. This tea tastes much milder and less astringent than green tea.
