A sophisticated blend of classic spices such as paprika, chilli, onion and coriander with anchovies and capers makes this specialty, enjoyed raw, perfect. Now you can make this delicacy at home with this exquisite spice blend.

Also delicious for seasoning grilled or fried minced meat specialities such as steaks. Also goes well with chicken, veal, lamb and game.

Important: Only high-quality, freshly ground beef, from filet for e.g., should be used to make beef tartare!

Tip: Beef tartare is much appreciated when served on a special occasion or a party. Mix in the DELUXE tartare spice blend with some freshly ground beef and form it into a compact shape. Serve on a platter and garnish with thinly sliced raw vegetables and pretzels.
