Description

The Black Bean Tempeh Tamari by Tempehmanufaktur consists of black beans that are fermented with a special mould culture. Organic tamari soy sauce adds a pleasant flavour.

Preparation:

  • Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Cut the tempeh into cubes or strips and fry over medium high-heat until crispy on all sides. The tempeh goes well with rice, vegetables or salads.
