These selected dried chillies are very thinly sliced. The spicy cores are not used, avoiding the very spicy effects of the chilies. Chili threads are therefore used more for decorative garnishes. As a garnish, they are suitable for almost all dishes. You can even quickly fry them.

Chilli threads
Ordered these not really knowing how to use them but had them with camembert cheese and were delicious. Also topped some mushroom tarts and again lifted the flavour. A lovely little accompaniment.
