Description
The renowned Markus Huber winery from the Traisental valley hits the mark once again with its latest release.
The new Bio Moments Rosé 2024 is a premium, fresh, and dry rosé that perfectly captures why this wine style is more popular than ever. Crafted from organically grown Pinot Noir and Zweigelt, the grapes are directly pressed and matured, predominantly in stainless steel, with 20% aged in wooden barrels for added depth. All this, beautifully presented in a newly designed bottle — and already awarded 92 points by Falstaff!
The result is a delicate salmon-pink rosé with a fantastic mouthfeel. On the nose and palate: bright fruit, ripe strawberries, and floral notes. Crisp acidity stimulates the palate, while juicy fruit and a hint of minerality carry through to a refined, elegant finish.
A perfect companion to warm days — whether as a stylish aperitif or paired with salmon, grilled vegetables, or a fresh summer salad.
