Description
This sparkling wine with its delicate bubbles is considered dry with just under 10g of residual sugar. This gentle residual sweetness paired with flavours of fresh cherries and wild berries makes it easy to understand why it quickly becomes "everybody's darling".
The delicate bubbles and elegant acidity make it a favourite with sparkling wine fans. Ripe Zweigelt and Pinot Noir grapes were gently pressed after a short maceration period followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks, resulting in an exceptionally harmonious texture.
A delightful aperitif and the perfect party wine. Pairs well with salmon.
