Description

The Organic Tulsi Serenity Tea convinces with its heavenly taste. It contains tulsi, basil, liquorice and orange peel as well as ginger, lemongrass and lemon peel, cinnamon, lime, orange oil, black pepper, cardamom, cloves and tarragon.

  • Vegan and 100% organic.

Method of preparation:

  • Pour 250ml boiling water over the tea bag and let steep for about 5 minutes (steep longer for a stronger flavour).

Matching yoga pose:
Yog for a little break - Sit in the Sukhasana pose (cross-legged with straight back and neck). Close your right nostril with your right thumb and breathe only through the left nostril. Savour the moment and let your body feel it. Duration: 3 minutes.
