Enjoy the original Zabaione with Noasetti, small cookies made with roasted hazelnuts, light sweetness and pasteurised eggs - a classic dish from Chivasso, a small town in Piedmont, Italy.

Zabaione, also known as zabaglione, is a dessert speciality from Italy. The sweet, aromatic wine mousse by ZabaLab is made with fresh eggs from their own free-range hens, Italian sugar and the best vintage marsala and rivals freshly made zabaione in taste. Garnish the wine mousse with fresh berries and serve with the light and airy noasetti cookies.

The creamy dessert tastes delicious both cold and gently warmed up in a bain-marie (warm water bath).
