This dark milk chocolate creation (50% cocoa) embodies the flavours and aromas of spring.

Encased in a fine layer of exquisite dark milk chocolate are two fillings: A floral and fresh layer with elderflower and mint, made with elderflower syrup and refined with white chocolate, lemon couverture and fresh mint. The second layer consists of a soft wine marzipan with a dash of Zotter white wine and wine/grape pomace brandy.
