Description
Organic Mezzi Rigatoni by Alnatura are slightly shorter and thicker than the classic version from Southern Italy and Sicily. They are excellent for creamy or chunky sauces. Produced using traditional bronze moulds, the pasta has a rough surface that holds sauces exceptionally well. They are also ideal for baked pasta dishes. Made from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina.
Cooking instructions:
Add the pasta to boiling salted water and cook for 12–13 minutes, stirring occasionally.
