Description
Alnatura's whole, unpeeled organic mung beans have a mild taste and are a popular ingredient in Asian dishes, soups and stews. They are also suitable for sprouting. The sprouts are delicious in omelets, salads, sandwiches, snacks and more.
Preparation:
Rinse the beans and soak in water for at least 12 hours. Drain and bring to the boil in fresh water. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Add salt shortly before the end of the cooking time.
