These rice flakes are obtained from the whole rice grain and are very versatile. They taste great with cereal and can be used to prepare desserts, like a creamy rice pudding.
Recipe suggestions:
- Cereal - soak the rice flakes for 30 minutes.
- Rice pudding - stir 5 tablespoons of rice flakes (50 g) into 250 ml boiling liquid, boil for 5 minutes and then soak for about 10 minutes.
