This fine Alnatura Organic Spelt Porridge contains no added sugar (ingredients contain naturally occurring sugar). It is suitable for babies from 5 months onwards, for example for preparing porridge mixed with milk and water in equal amounts. From 7 months onwards, the porridge can be combined with puréed fruits or vegetables for adding varied ingredients and flavours to your baby's diet.
