Full of flavour and aroma! The Starboard Herb Mix by Ankerkraut not only spices up vegetables, but also white meat (poultry, pork) with aromatic herbs such as chervil and mint, lemon peel, garlic and sea salt. It does not include onions, additives or flavour enhancers.

Starboard is perfect for flavourful stir-fried dishes, as a rub for grilled vegetables or meat and also as a salad seasoning!

Recommendation: Use 1 - 2 teaspoons for 250 g vegetables or meat.
