Arche Naturküche Organic Seaweed Salad, 40 g

This mix of three varieties of seaweed - dulse, sea lettuce and nori - are from guaranteed ecological collection and have a wonderful mild flavour.

Whether in sauces, dips, salads or soups, this seaweed salad adds the perfect finishing touch. You can also sprinkle some over egg dishes or pancakes and use it in marinades.

Note: All seaweed at Arche is carefully and regularly checked for heavy metal residues and iodine content. For more information on seaweed consumption please refer to the section below.

Preparation: Place the desired amount of seaweed salad in a colander and rinse with cold water. Then soak in cold or warm liquid for 1 - 2 minutes. Drain and process further according to your recipe.
