Description
The gluten-free Falafel Mix by Bauck Mühle is made mainly from finely milled chickpeas and seasoned with a balanced blend of spices, including coriander, parsley and garlic. Simply stir the mix into hot water, shape into small balls and fry in hot oil in a pot or deep fryer until golden brown. The organic falafel mix has a vegan recipe and can be served in a variety of ways.
Preparation:
- Add the contents of the pack to 250 ml boiling water, stir well and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
- Mix thoroughly again, and shape into teaspoon-sized balls with moistened hands.
- Fry in plenty of hot, neutral oil, such as olive oil, in a pan or deep fryer until golden brown.
