This exquisite Styrian pumpkin seed oil PGI from Bauernhof Jöbstl is obtained from a gentle first-pressing process and is pressed weekly to produce a pure and natural product. Styrian pumpkin seed oil is also known as the "Green Gold" in Styria.
Pumpkin seed oil is popular in salads. It is also a delicious garnish in creamy soups. A secret tip from Styria: vanilla ice cream sprinkled with pumpkin seed brittle and a drizzle of pumpkin seed oil.

Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil
You cant get better than the genuine article. this product is smooth on the palate and light when used.
Much to peoples initial scepticism oil on ice cream is now a firm family favourite.
