Description
This high-quality springform tin from the Premium Baking line by Birkmann is a great addition to your baker's toolkit. Made from sturdy carbon steel with a premium non-stick coating, it ensures easy release. The enamelled flat base is highly scratch- and cut-resistant and prevents leaks.
The fully opening stainless steel clasp makes removing the cake and cleaning the tin exceptionally easy. The superior material thickness ensures even heat distribution for even baking results. Heat-resistant up to 230 °C and PFOA-free.
