Tomino cheese is a young, mildly matured soft cheese native to the Piedmont region of Italy. This speciality by Brezzo features Tomino cheese preserved in sunflower oil with highly aromatic truffle shavings. The smooth consistency and delicious taste seduces and pampers the palate. Serve it straight from the jar or as part of an antipasti platter. A wonderful treat to have on hand in the pantry.
