Classic Ayurveda Organic Ayurvedic Mediterranean Couscous, 240 g

This organic Ayurvedic Mediterranean couscous is made from wholesome wholemeal durum wheat semolina and is characterised by a mild flavour. The recipe combines fruity cranberries, barberries and pomegranate flakes with a Mediterranean herb blend of thyme, marjoram, rosemary, basil and oregano. Special additions such as Tulsi (holy basil) and a pinch of asafoetida lend a unique aroma. Designed for quick and wholesome meals, it’s ideal for pan-fried dishes, fillings or salads

Preparation:
Place 80 g of the couscous mix in a pot and pour 150 ml of boiling water over it. Stir and bring briefly to the boil. Cover and simmer at low heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a dash or oil, ghee or salt as required.
