Description
This organic Indian dal soup combines red lentils with finely balanced organic vegetables such as carrots, bell peppers and tomatoes. The recipe is rounded off by a selection of Ayurvedic spices including cumin, turmeric, ginger and coriander leaves, which provide a slightly spicy note. The mixture consists of 100% natural ingredients and is completely free from added sugar or artificial additives. It is ideal as a light evening meal or as part of a conscious diet.
Preparation:
1 portion (60 g)
Add 400 ml of water to a pot and bring to the boil. Add 60 g of the dal mixture and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add ghee or oil as desired.
