Condimento Bianco by Conte de Cesare is prepared with white wine vinegar and concentrated grape must. As it is not aged in wooden barrels, it retains its light colour and pleasantly delicate, sweet flavour. Ideal for enhancing the delicate flavour of fish, white meats, light sauces, and bitter salads without altering their appearance.
