Description
Musta - Cyperus rotundus - is a perennial 30-40 cm high reed grass with 4-7 mm wide leaves and a bulbous rhizome, which is used in the Ayurvedic diet.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 level measuring scoop, preferably distributed into 2 portions with warm water between meals. The daily dose contains approx. 3.00g herbal powder with 48,60mg of phytochemicals * (polyphenols).
