This mildly aromatic organic long-grain rice comes from the long-standing ’Kotwa’ project in India, where it is grown under strict Demeter guidelines and Fairtrade standards.

Preparation for 2 people as a side dish:
- Bring 125 g of washed rice to the boil in 250 ml of lightly salted water.
- Simmer gently for 15–20 minutes.
