Description
Small and packs a powerful punch - that's probably the best way to describe the Bird's Eye chillies in Herbaria's Hot'n Spicy Spice Mill. One of the spiciest varieties of chillies, these small chillies are perfect to add a boost of spicy heat to African, Indian or Thai dishes and to sauces and stews.
Use: It is best to grind the desired amount of the dried chillies directly into hot oil at the very beginning of the cooking process before adding other ingredients. Use sparingly at first since the chillies are very spicy!
