Description
This sauce can be served with pasta and a lot of grated pecorino cheese for a simple summer dish. The particularly sweet and fruity cherry tomatoes were boiled, strained and seasoned with sea salt, celery, extra virgin olive oil and basil. Made without sugar and with 97% tomatoes, the sauce is bursting with natural flavour!
