Three light and four dark layers of the finest hazelnut nougat, melt-in-the-mouth, aromatic, sweet: Ildefonso has been a sweet, irresistible temptation for nougat lovers for over 130 years. The pink ribbon on the packaging is just as legendary as the exquisite taste. Pearls of wisdom and quotes are hidden on the inside. According to the myth, this packaging is based on the secret love messages that Don Alonso once sent to his beloved Doña Elena with the fine chocolates.
Of course, only the best quality hazelnuts are used for the delicious nougat. The cocoa that refines the dark layers is 100% sustainable and roasted in-house.
