Description
Dried Kombu by ITA-SAN provides a flavourful base for traditional Japanese-style cooking. The gently dried seaweed develops its characteristic savoury flavour during cooking and is ideal for preparing broths, soups and infusions.
Use it as a base for homemade ramen, sauces, sushi accompaniments or seaweed salads.
Preparation tip:
For an aromatic broth, add around 1 g of kombu to 1 litre of boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes.
