With this clever pasta cutter, you can make your favourite Italian pasta in no time at all - without the use of a machine.
Roll out the pasta dough until it is thin enough to see the countertop slightly through it. Then, apply even pressure while rolling over the dough to carefully separate the strands of pasta.
