You are not alone if you choose to use Manner Chocolade 70% for not just cooking and baking, but also pop one or two squares straight into your mouth! It has an incredibly rich and smooth texture thanks to the way it is processed - it is gently stirred (conched) for 24 hours at 80°C giving it an incredibly soft melt. In addition, it features the exquisite bitter taste of chocolate, still made according to the original recipe dating back to 1895. And a pinch of real bourbon vanilla is the icing on the cake.
