Description
This Peri Peri spice blend is a tribute to the pure power of flavour – bright red, deeply smoky, and with an intense heat that excites without overwhelming.

This rub is your secret to perfect grilled dishes. It forms a dark, savoury, and lightly caramelised crust on the meat when grilling. Not only does this crust look fantastic, it also seals in the juices, ensuring your steak, spare ribs, or pulled pork stay incredibly tender and juicy.
Preparation tips:
- Coat the meat or fish with oil or mustard, apply the spice blend all over, and pat it in firmly. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate overnight.
