Description
These dried tomatoes in olive oil are aromatic and spicy and are ideal for cooking, grilling and for refining a variety of dishes. The organic tomatoes are washed, halved, salted and dried in the sun immediately after the harvest. They are then cooked in water, wine vinegar and cane sugar, flavoured with fine spices and filled into jars with olive oil.
