This fruity olive oil is perfect with salads and also suitable for pan-frying, steaming and cooking. A versatile oil for healthy meals with fine Mediterranean flavours.
Note: This oil is made by mechanically pressing olives at low temperatures which is why it bears the designation "extra virgin". It is high in unsaturated fatty acids and comes from organic olives grown in Italy.
