Description
The word "spaghetti" actually means little strings. It is certainly one of the most popular types of pasta all across the world. IT is made from the best durum wheat semolina and contains no eggs.
Thanks to their rough surface, spaghetti has proven itself particularly suitable with thin and light sauces based on oil or butter. In Italy, spaghetti is served with light tomato sauces, aglio-olio-peperoncino (garlic, oil and chilli), with carbonara and with many other sauces.
