Salseria BBQ Whiskey sauce is very popular with barbecue enthusiasts. All ingredients are sourced from the Salento region of Italy and are processed soon after harvesting. The sauce owes its distinctive flavour to the addition of fine 12-year-old whiskey. It is the ideal condiment to serve with roasts, braised meat, grilled meat and deep-fried foods. The recipe is free from added preservatives, colours and artificial flavours.
