This cream is the true classic tahini or sesame paste in whole grain quality - ideal for seasoning and refining many oriental delicacies. Thanks to the traditional stone grinding process, the texture is unbelievably creamy and fine. It contains 100% sesame seeds with the peel (husk) thereby retaining an intense aroma and a pure nutty taste! It is a smart indulgence because the gentle grinding process ensures that many valuable nutrients in the sesame seeds are preserved in the cream.
