The thin, crispy slices are gently dried until crisp in order to preserve the nutritional content and the taste. The dough for Crunchy Slides contains valuable organic nut flours and seeds, such as almond flour, pumpkin seed press cake flour, linseed and sunflower seeds. It contains neither gluten-containing grains nor yeast. It also contains significantly less fat and carbohydrates than crisps. This makes them the ideal crunchy snack for those who have gluten intolerance or follow a low-carb or paleo diet.
Tip: Crunchy Slides not only taste great on their own, but also with spreads or dips. Also delicious as a crouton substitute on salads or soups.
