Description
The North African Ras el Hanout spice mix is a rarity in Europe. Originally from Morocco, this mix combines very different ingredients for an oriental blend of sweet, bitter and spicy spices. The organic Ras el Hanout spice blend contains certified organic ingredients such as rose petals, cumin, sweet paprika, violet root and long pepper, among others.
How to use the spice blend
The golden spice powder is very suitable for adding a curry-like flavour to chicken and has a subtle rose fragrance. The seasoning can also be used with lamb, fish and rice dishes as well as couscous. This custom blend is best tasted in person!
