Description
Despite its reduced fat content, this curd cheese (known as Topfen in Austria) by Stainzer has a fine creamy consistency and full-bodied flavour. This makes it suitable for use in spreads and fillings as well as dough. It is gently produced using the proven Schulenburg method.
Note: Store at 3 to 7°C.
