Description
Fresh mushrooms, 5% summer truffles, extra virgin olive oil, spices and salt stuck are what in contained in this rich paste. It is suitable for flavouring meat, poultry or fish dishes and flavoured sauces. Add olive oil or mixed with a little cream and you have a great sauce for egg noodles. The Tartufata can also be used with spring onions, black pepper and a drop of lemon oil as a Crostino spread.
