Chuncho is a Peruvian cocoa variety. The cocoa grows at unusual heights of 400 to 1,400 metres above sea level. Zotter transformed this cocoa into elegant and multi-layered chocolate!

Zotter Labooko Chuncho
A velvety smooth sweet dark chocolate where the flavour of the cocoa develops and changes when lingering in the mouth- from a slight acidity at the beginning to full fruity aromas of banana and mango.Unfortunately my pallate could not detect the subtle watermelon. Definitely worth exploring and enjoying.
