Description
Make traditional potato dumplings quickly and easily at home with this organic dry mix from Alnatura. Simply mix with water (see below), shape your own dumplings and cook. They are delicious as a classic side dish, pan-fried until golden, or even used as a unique twist in bakes and lasagnes.
Preparation Instructions:
- Mix one sachet of the dry mix with 250ml of cold water and leave to stand for approximately 10 minutes to thicken.
- With moistened hands, shape the mixture into four equally sized dumplings and place them into boiling salted water.
- Bring to a brief boil, then reduce the heat and simmer gently for about 20 minutes.
