Description

These organic Ayurveda cookies are based on a traditional recipe and are made from gently roasted chickpea flour. The composition combines cocoa powder and cocoa nibs with a subtle hint of chilli, orange flakes and orange peel. Organic ghee from certified hay milk, as well as chia seeds and rock salt, complete the list of ingredients, while coconut blossom sugar provides a natural sweetness. Through the final baking process, the biscuits retain their shape and offer a suitable alternative to classic Ayurvedic sweets for when on the move or as a snack.
