Description
Haritaki - Terminalia chebula, is an evergreen tree up to 20 metres tall with egg-shaped leaves, white flowers and small five-winged yellow to orange-brown drupes, which are used in Ayurvedic nutrition.
- Nutritional supplement made from plant parts with secondary plant substances (polyphenols)
- Organic Haritaki Churna tickles the taste buds with its combination of tart, sweet, sour, bitter and spicy flavours.
Recommended dose:
Take 4 scoops twice daily between meals.
Preparation:
Pour boiling water over the recommended amount. Steep briefly and and drink warm.
